CE Workshop | Gentle Accessible Partner Yoga

with Dianne Saywell (E-RYT 200, YACEP).  Partner up, release tight tissue, gain core strength and have fun!  This workshop offers an accessible practice for any body and every body. Practice will be done seated for the opportunity to work with less “gravity,” making it more available to everyone and in order to gain deeper aspects of the partner asana. This session involves chairs without arms or wheels, and optional yoga block or small firm pillow. Viewers can practice or simply watch and take notes and pictures to develop your own duo yoga time!

with Brahmi Gold-Bernstein (C-IAYT, E-RYT 500). TriYoga is a systematized method that includes seven levels of Prāṇa Vidyā practices. Level 1 introduces internal and external breath retention practices with Uḍḍīyana Bandha (Navel Lock), Mūla Bandha (Root Lock), and Jalandhara Bandha (Chin Lock). The practice concludes with a concentration kriya to calm and focus the mind, leading into meditation.
